- 2001: Awarded her PhD
- 2001–2002: Specialist training in paediatric and adolescent dentistry, certified area of specialisation, training in dental and paediatric hypnosis
- 2001–2004: Assistant dentist at the paediatric dentistry practice at Münchner Freiheit (Dr Cheryl Lee Butz)
- 2004–August 2010: Partner at the paediatric dentistry practice at Münchner Freiheit (Drs Butz, Pfau, Roesel, Dr Baltes)
- 2008: Founded the private practice for paediatric and adolescent dentistry and orthodontics in Bogenhausen (Drs Butz, Pfau, Roesel, Kirchner, Dr Baltes)
- 2010: Established the practice for paediatric and adolescent dentistry – ‘Zahninsel’ in the north of Munich
