Fusion-curing pastes help to strengthen the teeth

Tooth Mousse: Firm yet creamy – take a bite whilst it’s fresh!

Special toothpastes have proven effective in protecting against acids; your child can apply these to their teeth after brushing – such as Tooth Mousse. To have a strong bite, you need hard teeth. It is the enamel that is responsible for this hardness. This is the outer layer of the tooth and, incidentally, the hardest substance in the whole body! However, the acids produced when bacteria in the mouth break down sugar can still be harmful to the enamel.

Tooth Mousse – strengthens and protects teeth

We recommend GC Tooth Mousse, a tooth-protecting paste based on natural active ingredients, as a supplementary dental care product alongside the daily use of fluoride-containing children’s toothpaste. Among other things, Tooth Mousse contains the milk protein casein, which helps to strengthen tooth enamel by providing bioavailable calcium phosphate.

This enriches the enamel with minerals, hardens it and makes it more resistant to acids and, consequently, to tooth decay. In addition, Tooth Mousse increases the rate of saliva flow and thus has a positive effect on the constant interplay between demineralisation (decalcification, the leaching of minerals) and remineralisation (the re-deposition of minerals) in the hard tooth tissue.
