Child-friendly dental treatment at a paediatric dentist near you

As experienced paediatric dentists and mothers, we know that children require special care in every respect. Children are particularly close to our hearts. That is why we are committed to treating them with the utmost care and in a child-friendly environment, ensuring they feel at ease right from the start. In every dental treatment, our psychological sensitivity is just as important as our dental expertise. By helping children overcome their fear of the dentist right from the start, we pave the way for healthy dental habits – for a lifetime.

We won’t let fear of the dentist get the better of us!

Gentle dentistry – fun and fear-free

To ensure a playful and gentle dental experience, we have designed all the branches of our paediatric dental practice in Munich with great attention to detail, making them child-friendly. To prevent any fear of the dentist from arising in the first place, we have, for example, come up with lovely names for our treatments and instruments. With the help of ‘magic air’, ‘rumble brushes’ and our colourful ‘slurps’, our little patients can understand how a treatment works. This is important to us, as are playful explanations and praise. The children build trust in us, leave our practice feeling proud and satisfied – and are happy to come back. No one needs to be afraid of the dentist. As experienced paediatric dentists, we know exactly how to carry out treatment that is as pain-free and gentle as possible – even for children who have been traumatised by previous visits to the dentist. It makes us very happy that many children who used to be afraid of the dentist now feel at ease with us. Because beautiful teeth love to smile – at any age.

When should your child have their first visit to the paediatric dentist?

As paediatric dentists, we recommend visiting a paediatric dentist for the first time as soon as the first milk tooth has come through; this is usually between the ages of 6 and 9 months. We believe it is important to familiarise even the very youngest children with visits to the dentist and, above all, with the importance of oral hygiene. Young children are curious and get excited about new things so easily. Furthermore, teeth affected by tooth decay are by no means an isolated case in our practice, even among children under the age of 3.

Our range of treatments extends from a comprehensive initial consultation and detailed diagnostics to high-quality care for milk teeth and meticulous preventive dentistry. We look forward to supporting you and your family with our expertise and modern methods – for the dental health of your children!
